Problem Statement

Older HRMS Portal has outdated and disjointed HR processes, leading to inefficiencies, errors, and decreased employee satisfaction. Employees often face challenges in accessing their HR-related information, such as payslips, benefits, and performance evaluations. This lack of self-service options was leading to frustration and decreased engagement.
Possible Solution
To address the challenges outlined in the problem statement, implementing a comprehensive and integrated Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is essential. So we decided to work on Unified HRMS Platform, Automation of HR Tasks, Employee Self-Service Portal, Compliance Monitoring and Reporting, Cost Efficiency, Data Security and Privacy, Visual Design Improvement
